NMAS Review update

Emma-May Litchfield and Danielle Hutchinson are the co-founders and directors of the Australian-based international consulting firm Resolution Resources PTY LTD (RR). Together they work as dispute resolution advisors, practitioners and educators offering a range of cross-disciplinary and evidence-based services. RR has a strong track record in research and innovation and prioritises projects focused on shaping the future dispute resolution in relation to party-centric dispute resolution, complex competencies and professional standards, and neuroinclusive practice. RR was commissioned by the Mediator Standards Board (MSB) to conduct the NMAS Review. 

This seminar will present findings and recommendations from the recent NMAS Review with a particular focus on findings relevant to lawyers, including mediator income, approaches to practice and tiered accreditation.
