Mediators Discussion Group

This seminar will focus on pre-mediation intake sessions and will explore topics such as what types of issues may arise? How to approach these sessions? What can be done if one party does not wish to participate in an intake session.

There will be an opportunity for anybody to raise issues pertaining to intake sessions they have conducted or anything else they wish to raise for peer discussion on this topic. You can draw from your experience as a mediator or as counsel for a party at mediation. This is an important part of a reflective practice for mediators.
