Family Violence IVO Current Issues and new Duty Portal

The Magistrates’ Court of Victoria (MCV) is currently implementing its Family Violence Portal to be used by practitioners appearing in FV IVO duty lists. Training in the use of this new portal is crucial for duty barristers who appear in this list.

This MCV training will be followed by an open discussion of recent trends and developments regarding family violence and intervention order practice in the MCV.
