Ethical Issues Facing New Barristers

The New Barristers’ Committee is hosting an informal ‘Chatham House Rules’ discussion for new barristers to ask questions about ethical issues that they are facing or have faced in practice.

Attendees should feel free to raise any ethical issue that concerns them.  No question is too simple, obvious or complex. The speakers cover a range of practice areas (including criminal, commercial and family law) and backgrounds.
