Ethical issues arising from Pro Bono Briefs

This is a joint CPD presented by the Pro Bono Committee and the Ethics Committee. Using real-life experiences, a panel of members from the Ethics Committee and the Pro Bono Committee will discuss common ethical issues faced by barristers briefed in pro bono matters, and how to deal with them.

The CPD will be followed by the Pro Bono Committee’s 2024 Pro Bono Community Drinks which will be held at the Essoign.
