Serious injury applications are the foundation of obtaining common law relief for work accidents.  This seminar will discuss some of the pitfalls that arise from inadequate strategising of the application.  It will also discuss preparation of the affidavit in such a way as to comply with the Ministerial Directions and present the case, without over-exposing the applicant.
