Concurrent expert evidence: the when, the why and the how

22Aug2023

Concurrent evidence is a method of adducing expert evidence at trial that is increasingly common in Victorian courts and tribunals (and more broadly across Australia). Whilst there are some practice notes and written guidance being provided by courts and tribunals, the experience can be unique depending on the forum and type of case in question.

In this CPD, the speakers will discuss practical matters arising in respect of concurrent expert evidence – the when, the why, and the how; how to set yourself (and your expert) up for success; and some tips and traps for both old and new players alike.
