Preparation is a critical part of competent advocacy. It involves both conceptual thinking and preparation to perform. Ultimately, the method of preparation is different for each individual advocate.

However, there are fundamental principles which are useful ensuring that preparation is efficient, effective and complete, both as to the facts and the Law.

The fundamental techniques of preparation will be explored at this seminar.

Note: Due to Covid-19 concerns, face to face seminar may not be possible, so the session may be run via Zoom.
