The matter of arbitrations is topical as the court actively explores the variety of techniques available to it to resolve family law disputes in a timely and cost effective manner.

Keith will provide the history to family law arbitrations in Queensland to help Victorian practitioners understand why they have become a more used technique in QLD.  The seminar will address current usage and practices particularly the use of arbitration to address one aspect of a matter.
