Advocacy Teacher Training Workshop

26Feb2021

THIS WORKSHOP IS FULLY BOOKED

In his In Brief message late last year, President Chris Blanden wrote about the pressing need to attract additional members to assist with advocacy teaching. The Readers’ Course needs your assistance and all members are encouraged to consider assisting in this practical way.

The teaching of advocacy is an important contribution to the profession and provides invaluable learning opportunities and improvement in ones’ own advocacy skills. This workshop is the first step in an ongoing program of advocacy teacher training.  Those who successfully complete this program are eligible to teach in the mooting program of the Bar Readers’ Course.

Barristers with a reasonable amount of experience in witness handling in any jurisdiction are encouraged to participate.

There are no costs associated with this workshop.
