ADR and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria

The ADR Committee is delighted to host Magistrate Phillip Goldberg to speak on ADR matters arising in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria. His Honour draws on over three decades of experience on the bench and career at the bar prior to His Honour’s appointment.

The presentation will be of interest to counsel practicing in the Civil Division of the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria including as mediators, especially those on the List of External Mediators (LEM).
