Ian Hill practices in criminal law and has appeared in all of the major Australian jurisdictions. Essentially a trial advocate he has also appeared before State Appellate Courts and in the High Court. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1997.

Paul Holdenson Q.C.(LL.B. (Hons.), B.Ed. (Accounting), Dip.Crim., Dip. Math. Sci.) was admitted in Victoria and signed the Bar Roll in 1989. He is also admitted to practice in N.T, N.S.W., Tasmania and W.A. Paul was appointed one of her Majesty's Counsel in 1998.
