Criminal Law
- Reviewing, advising and appearing in matters focussing on the application of a variety of statutes including:
- Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004
- Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997
- Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981
- Serious Sex Offenders (Detention and Supervision) Act 2009
- Court of Appeal – preparing written cases for the DPP; appearing as junior counsel to Mark Dean SC (as His Honour then was)
- County Court - bail applications, pleas, trials (appearing alone and as junior counsel to Ian Hill QC and Daniel Gurvich QC) and appeals
- Magistrates’ Court - bail applications, pleas, contests, committals
- Appearing in the Children’s Court and Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal

- Appearing in the Review and Regulation List at VCAT (pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004)
