The Hon Neil Brown QC practices in mediation, arbitration and general advice in all areas of law, particularly commercial, construction, intellectual property and administrative law.
Gavan Griffith QC is counsel at the Australian and English (call at Lincoln’s Inn 1969) bars. He has over 30 years seniority holding 8 Commissions as Queen’s Counsel.
Ron Merkel returned to practice at the Bar in 2006 after ten years as a Judge at the Federal Court of Australia.He primarily focuses on public interest and indigenous matters, but is also available to act in complex matters either as counsel, mediator or arbitrator.
Andrew Kirkham QC has been a member of the Victorian Bar since 1967. He was appointed silk in 1983.
He has practised in criminal law including in the High Court and in the case of R v Chamberlain[s] and later in personal injuries, over many years.

Allan Myers has practised in commercial law for over 25 years. He has an extensive advice practice and has appeared as leading counsel in many large and complex matters in the Courts and before arbitrators.
He has also acted as an arbitrator.
Ray Finkelstein KC graduated in law in 1970 and was admitted to practice in 1971. Between 1971 and 1975 he worked in Melbourne as a solicitor and also as a tutor at Monash University. He was called to the Bar in 1975, specialising in equity, commercial and corporate law.
Gerard spent the years 1962 to 1980 as a full time academic. He taught all basic subjects except Real Property. He was the Foundation Professor and Dean of Law at the University of Papua and New Guinea 1966 - 1970.
A significant part of Brind Woinarski's practice is in criminal law, especially in "white collar" crime and associated areas, in all jurisdictions. He has appeared as both defence counsel and prosecutor in all areas of criminal law including committals, trials and appellate jurisdictions.

The Hon. Susan Crennan AC has returned to the Victorian Bar after recently retiring as a Justice of the High Court of Australia.
