EXPERIENCE:David has practised both as a barrister and previously as a solicitor for forty years on behalf of a wide range of commercial and individual clients including banks, energy companies, insurers, investors, wine producers, retailers, graziers, courier companies, industry associations, property developers, estate agents and mining companies. He appears before VCAT, County Court, Supreme Court, Fed Magistrates Court and Federal Court and other courts and tribunals.
