The High Court revised special leave process – What does it mean for the advocate?

The High Court has revised its special leave process in which oral hearings will be rare. This seminar will address written advocacy in applications for special leave to appeal, applications for leave to appeal and applications for removal in the High Court of Australia.

The seminar will be theoretical and practical: the why (what must be addressed) and the how. It will deal with public law, civil law and criminal law.
