Prior to coming to the Victorian Bar Fiona worked as a general nurse. Since coming to the Bar Fiona has developed a broad practice with specific focus on medical liability, professional disciplinary matters and coronial inquests.
Shane has been at the Victorian Bar coalface for the last two and a half decades, practising in all forms of criminal law cases, intervention orders, coroners inquests, confiscation proceedings, IBAC proceedings, compulsory examinations and occupational health and safety matters.
Justin studied for his law degree and arts degree at the University of Melbourne. In March 1997, he came to the Bar and read with Joe Gullaci. He has practiced in crime since.
As well as a Bachelor of Laws, David Risstrom holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts. He has worked as the senior research officer for the Senate Select Committee on Superannuation and as legal researcher for the Australian Senate for Environmental Law.
Immediately before signing the Bar Roll, Jamie Singh worked for 10 years in the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions and before that worked for the Australian Taxation Office (3 years) and the State Taxation Office (2 years).
