Jill is briefed in commercial, regulatory and administrative law proceedings. She has particular experience in competition and consumer law, class actions, insurance, and corporations matters.

Elizabeth practices in a broad range of commercial law matters, with a focus on construction, arbitration, general commercial, owners corporation disputes and insurance law.

Matthew has 15 years' experience specialising in commercial, corporate and regulatory litigation.

Matthew has particular expertise in:

Simon practises in a broad range of matters in the areas of family, commercial, and administrative law.  Having a diverse litigation practice provides him with a strong understanding of the law, court-room advocacy, issues of evidence, and strategy.

Tim acts in commercial, public and criminal law cases.

Commercial and regulatory

Matthew practices in a broad range of commercial law disputes, with a focus on insolvency, banking and finance, professional negligence, building and construction, insurance and the Australian Consumer Law. He is also a current committee member of the Building Dispute Practitioners’ Society.

Paul practises primarily in commercial law, equity and trusts, real property and estates.

Paul appears regularly in the Supreme Court of Victoria, both at first instance and on appeal.

Chris practises mainly in commercial law and public law.  He has advised and appeared on behalf of corporations, government bodies and individuals in a range of courts and tribunals.

Matters in which Chris has acted include:

Nicholas accepts briefs to appear and advise in a broad range of commercial and public law matters. Nicholas has experience in disputes involving, among other things, property law, consumer law and Testator's Family Maintenance, and also in debt recovery matters. 

Philippa practices predominantly in commercial and public law and regulatory matters. She appears in and provides advice for investigations, disciplinary matters, and administrative and civil penalty proceedings. She approaches matters in a commercially focused and pragmatic way. 

Adam practices in tax, wills and estates, equity and trusts, corporations law, insolvency and general commercial disputes.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Adam worked at the Australian Taxation Office, primarily on the taxation of trusts and complex structures. 

Michael has a broad commercial and administrative law practice.

Before coming to the bar, Michael was a Counsel in the Dispute Resolution team at Ashurst, where he worked for over 10 years.

Emile has a broad criminal and commercial law practice at the bar.

He accepts written as well as advocacy briefs.

Winnie practices in commercial and administrative law, specialising in taxation.

Before coming to the Bar, Winnie was a Senior Associate in Clayton Utz’s taxation practice and has advised on various federal and state tax disputes.
