In the matter of the PDJ Crew Unit Trust; Timeless Sunrise Pty Ltd v Big J Enterprises Pty Ltd (let by Justin Graham KC, with Shaun Clement) – involving alleged express and constructive trusts; trust interpretation; alleged breach of fiduciary duties; alleged breach of contract; and complex evidentiary issues;
ASIC v Mercer Superannuation (Australia) Ltd (led by Bernie Quinn KC, with Eugenia Levine) – first court action initiated by ASIC alleging ‘greenwashing’ by Mercer Superannuation, involving allegations of false or misleading representations under the ASIC Act 2001 (Cth).
Prior to joining the Bar, Zoe was associate to the Honourable Justice Connock of the Supreme Court of Victoria, head judge of the Corporations List. She was previously a Trial Division Researcher at the Supreme Court of Victoria and a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills.
Zoe holds a Juris Doctor from Melbourne Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. She read with Eloise Dias and her senior mentor is Justin Graham KC.
