Ben practises primarily in employment and industrial relations law and administrative and public law.
Before coming to the Bar, Ben worked for 5 years as a solicitor, starting his career at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers in their employment and industrial team. Ben is a former Associate to the Hon Justice Richards of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Ben read with Liam Brown, Crown Counsel for the State of Victoria and his senior mentor is Craig Dowling SC.
