Profile:
Victoria practices primarily in civil litigation with a focus on personal injuries, public liability, insurance, WorkCover and TAC matters.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Victoria worked as a solicitor in both the construction and insurance industries. She started her legal career at MolinoCahill Lawyers, a boutique construction firm with an emphasis on front-end litigation. She then worked as a solicitor at Thomson Geer Lawyers (formerly Herbert Geer) from 2012 to 2016 in their Workplace Insurance Services team. In this role, Victoria was responsible for the management of pre-litigated and litigated worker’s compensation claims for the Victorian WorkCover Authority and its authorised insurance agents.
Victoria has a broad range of litigation experience . She also has extensive negotiation experience.
Victoria attained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Melbourne in 2010 and a Practitioner’s Certificate in Mediation from the Institute of Arbitration and Mediation Australia (‘IAMA’) in 2011.
Victoria read with Maria Tsikaris (now her Honour Judge Tsikaris) and her senior mentor was Paul O’Dwyer SC.
