Conor practices primarily in personal injuries and other insurance related matters. He acts for both plaintiffs and defendants and has experience appearing in, and preparing documents for, proceedings in the Magistrates, County and Supreme Courts as well as VCAT.
Conor regularly appears in damages trials, serious injury applications and statutory benefits matters.
Prior to coming to the bar, Conor worked at Lander & Rogers where he practiced in insurance litigation and was involved in a variety of insurance matters including accident compensation, medical defence, professional indemnity, financial lines and public and product liability. He also provided advice to insurers on policy coverage and was involved in a number of large recovery actions issued on behalf of insurers.
In 2010, Conor spent six months on secondment with a large multinational insurer, working as a claims examiner handling financial lines and casualty claims including class actions.
