Vinod was admitted in 1998 and signed the bar roll in 2007. Vinod has over 20 years of experience in criminal, commercial and Intellectual property law matters. He is on the panel of prosecutors for the Commonwealth, (CDPP), and Victorian, (OPP) Prosecutions Office.
Vinod accepts briefs to appear in Criminal trials (including appearance at Directions and Mentions Hearings); Committal Mentions (including Form 32 Drafting); Contested Committals; Summary contests; Bail Applications and Intervention Orders.
Vinod also accepts briefs to advise on Evidence and Criminal Procedure. He has published teaching material in Criminal law, Evidence and Procedure and Advocacy. He has taught law at Deakin University and College of Law Victoria.
Vinod holds postgraduate qualifications in Patents law and Practice of the Patents Office, Trademarks and Professional Conduct.
Vinod accepts briefs to appear on circuit throughout Victoria.
