Although admitted in 1972 David did not practice in law until 1995 when he was employed as a duty lawyer with VLA for 4 years. He then spent 7 years at the OPP including one year with the Western Australia DPP as a Crown Prosecutor before coming to the Bar.
David accepts briefs in all areas of criminal law and at all levels, from both Prosection and Defence.
David is a Victoria Legal Aid Criminal Trial preferred barrister and holds a current Indictable Crime Certificate (ICC) from the Victorian Bar.
