Practice Profile:
Paul practises in equity & trusts, corporate & commercial law (including insolvency), and wills & estates. He has appeared in the High Court of Australia, the Victorian Court of Appeal and most other Australian superior courts. He is co-editor of the Commonwealth Law Reports and editor and co-author of The Laws of Australia: Unconscionable Conduct and The Laws of Australia: Torts. Paul is also co-author of Appeals and Appellate Courts in Australia and New Zealand.
Before being called to the Bar, Paul was a Senior Associate with Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) and, prior to that, was an Associate to the Hon. Justice Michael Kirby AC CMG, then President of the New South Wales Court of Appeal.
