Nicholas practices primarily in Family Law, Intervention Orders and Animal Welfare Law. He also has experience relating to aged care, risk management, victims of crime and animal welfare. He is a member of Lawyers for Animals. Nicholas's family law practice involves all areas including child recovery, relocation, residency and contact and property settlement. As a mediator, Nicholas has considerable experience in family law and property settlement. Prior to being called to the Bar, Nicholas taught international relations and strategic studies at Deakin University. Subsequently, he worked for the Department of Defence in areas of risk management, crisis decision making and emergency management law.
