Ian Waller QC has a broad commercial practice. His particular expertise includes corporations law, trade practices, contract, trusts, insurance, property, professional negligence and contempt of court. He also has experience in class actions and environmental law litigation.
He appears and advises principally in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.
Since 2008, he has been a member of the Victorian Legal Admissions Committee (previously the Board of Examiners).
