Peter is an experienced advocate. He is also experienced in all aspect of fraud and forensic investigations.
Peter’s experience includes commercial crime trials, international money laundering and bribery proceedings, asset confiscation proceedings (federal and state), drug trials, regulatory investigations and coercive proceedings (eg., ASIC & Australian Crime Commission proceedings), crimes against the person and crimes against property. Peter has worked in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia for clients concerned with international money laundering and asset confiscation actions. Peter’s expertise extends to local government enforcement proceedings, all liquor law related matters, occupational health and safety matters, disciplinary hearings, Building Commission inquiries and appeals/Victorian Building Authority matters, and coronial inquests.
Peter represents members of the Australian Defence Forces, private agents, members of the medical profession, legal profession and other professions in discipline proceedings. Peter is also interested in sports law.
