As a strong advocate, successfully navigating his clients through the complexities of the criminal justice system and dispute resolution, Robert has represented people for many years across all jurisdictions and legal practice areas.
Robert's passion is criminal law and he appears in all criminal courts particularly in matters relating to White Collar Crime. However he regularly appears in matters involving Guardianship, Wills & Estates, Family Violence, Mediation and Din Torah. Robert will also advise regarding and appear in all VCAT jurisdictions.
Robert has appeared in a number of leading cases including Ikosidekas v Karkanis [2015] VSCA 121 and Bank of China v Permanent Nominees Australia Limited [1999] VSC 37, where he appeared with the late J.A. Strahan, Q.C.
