Profile:
Maurice Phipps QC retired as a judge of the Federal Circuit Court in November 2016 after 16 years on the bench. He sat mostly in the Family Law jurisdiction. Prior to his appointment he was as a barrister for 29 years, the last 10 years as QC. As a barrister he conducted many arbitrations and mediations. He now practices as a mediator.
During the Covid-19 restrictions Maurice will conduct mediations using Zoom.
