Sean accepts briefs to appear and advise in criminal and quasi-criminal matters.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Sean was employed as a Senior Associate at Stary Norton Halphen. Sean was a solicitor advocate for over six years and had carriage of a high volume of summary and indictable matters. He instructed in trials in the County and Supreme Court, conviction/sentence appeals in the Court of Appeal and special leave applications in the High Court.
Sean has appeared in pleas and bail applications, contested committals and summary contested hearings in the Magistrates’ Court and pleas and appeals in the County Court.
Sean is reading with Anthony Lewis and his senior mentor is Peter Morrissey SC.
