Natasha accepts briefs to appear in all criminal, quasi-criminal and administrative law matters.
Prior to coming to the bar, Natasha practised as a criminal defence advocate. Natasha appeared daily in the Children’s Court, Magistrates’ Court and County Court. Her experience includes appearing in plea hearings, bail applications, appeals against sentence and breach proceedings. Natasha has also appeared in pre-trial hearings in the Supreme Court.
Natasha has extensive experience in a broad range of serious and complex criminal matters including drug trafficking and importation, fraud, sexual offences and serious violent offences. She has acted for applicants and respondents in Intervention Order proceedings, and has defended clients in Supervision Orders, Transport Accident Commission and Consumer Affairs matters.
Natasha read with Ashley Halphen and her senior mentor was Julie Condon QC.
