Appointment - The Honourable Justice Hargrave Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court

The Governor in Council today appointed The Honourable Justice Kim William Spencer Hargrave to be a Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Justice Hargrave has served as a Judge of the Court for just short of 12 years since 16 March 2005. His Honour was one of two Judges in Charge of the Commercial List from 2006 to 2009 and has been the Principal Judge of the Commercial Court since 2013.
