Magistrates' Court of Victoria

The Governor in Council appointed as Magistrates Timothy Stephen Hoare and Alanna Mary Duffy on 10 October 2018 – effective, in respect of Magistrate Duffy, 15 October 2018. Their Honours were sworn-in by Chief Justice Ferguson on 18 October 2018.

The Profession will extend a Welcome to Their Honours at a ceremonial sitting in Court 1 of the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court, Ground Floor, 233 William Street Melbourne on:

Wednesday 12 December 2018 at 9:15 am

All counsel who are able to do so are asked to attend. Counsel are not required to robe in the Magistrates’ Court.
