Former member of the Victorian Bar, Eugene Trahair passed away on 22 February 2020 at the age of 72.

Funeral service:
Eugene’s funeral service will be held on 28 February 2020 at the Immaculate Conception Church, 345 Burwood Road, Hawthorn at 10:00am

Eugene was educated at Xavier College and studied law at Melbourne University.

Eugene was admitted to practise law in 1973. He came to the Bar in 1984 and read with the late Jeffrey Moore QC. Among his fellow readers were the Hon Simon Molesworth AO QC, His Honour Duncan Allen QC and the Hon Peter Costello.

Eugene left the Bar in 1987 to set up practice as a solicitor at Camberwell Junction.
