Appointment & Swearing In - Patrick O'Shannessy S.C.

Federal Circuit Court of Australia

The Governor-General in Council has appointed Patrick O’Shannessy S.C. as a judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia in the Melbourne registry.

Mr O’Shannessy will be sworn in today at 4.30pm.

A formal welcome will take place when the current Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted.
