Appointment - His Honour Magistrate Franz Johann Holzer

The Bar received advice of this appointment today.

Magistrate Holzer has served as a Magistrate for more than 8 years, of those, approaching 4 years as State Co-ordinating Magistrate. 

Before that he practised at the Victorian Bar for more than 20 years; and had been Associate to the late Honourable Mr Justice Charles Sweeney CBE of the Federal Court of Australia.
