TAC OM’s – recent trends and tips

For barristers only, this session will focus on TAC serious injury applications and originating motions, including legal issues which are jurisdiction specific (such as the Court of Appeal decision in Belgrave Heights Christian School v Diane Moore [2020] VSCA 240). The speakers will provide tips and practical suggestions for preparing paperwork for TAC serious injury applications, applications dealt with under the TAC protocols including conferences and litigated matters in the County Court of Victoria.
