Section 501 Migration Act 1958 (Vic) – An overview of the law and current issues

The Visa Cancellations Working Group is establishing an AAT Limited Assistance Scheme to encourage barristers to accept briefs in character cancellation matters under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth). The new scheme aims to equip barristers to accept briefs from VCWG members to act in AAT visa cancellation matters on a ‘limited assistance’ basis.

This is the first of the three training sessions under the AAT Limited Assistance Scheme and will be presented by leading migration law practitioners with expertise in AAT visa cancellation matters.
