Reality testing in mediation

Reality testing is a key skill in dispute management practice.  The Mediator Standards Board has commenced a research grants program and this project, by one of Australia’s leading ADR academics, is the first recipient.  The research examines background theory and current practice.  It will also make some recommendations to improve training and practice in this area.
