Negotiation and Mediation

In this seminar Jim Reiman will speak on the differences between these closely related skills. Jim Reiman is an Arbitrator, Mediator, Board Director and Author. He is a negotiation tutor in the Program on Negotiation at the SaÏd Business School, University of Oxford , is a graduate of Columbia University with a BA in Philosophy and has a JD from The Pritzker School of Law, Northwestern University. In March 2022, Negotiation Simplified, was identified by Amazon.com as the “#1 New Release in the Arbitration, Negotiation and Mediation.”
