Mediating in the first five years- launch of the Victorian Bar mediation mentoring scheme

The Victorian Bar Mediation Mentoring Scheme aims to pair barristers who are mediators with less than five years. Practice development at this time requires focus in particular areas.  

This seminar will provide an understanding of the different opportunities and challenges for developing a mediation practice at the bar as well as the role of mentoring in mediation practice development.
