Managing allegations of sexual abuse in family law proceedings

The FLBA is delighted to present a talk by Dr Ben Jones and Dr Vincent Papaleo about the challenging and complex issues that arise when family courts are required to adjudicate on disputed allegations of sexual abuse - and the steps that can be taken to assist children and families in the event that those allegations are  found not proven to the requisite standard.  There will be an opportunity to put questions to these eminent experts at the end of the session.
