An introduction to Children, Young People and the Mental Health Tribunal

This CPD introduces children’s law specialists to the Mental Health Tribunal and the role it plays in making compulsory treatment orders for children and young people experiencing mental illness. Whilst the talk focuses on how practitioners can support children and young people navigating the system today, it also identifies long overdue developments in the youth and mental health space that we can expect to see in the future.
