Important rules of evidence which all barristers should know

16Aug2021

THIS CPD HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

The need to apply and make submissions on the rules of evidence can arise in the conduct of litigation without warning.  As a result, all barristers should be familiar with the fundamental rules of evidence and be able to make submissions about the application of those rules without recourse to any text or authority other than the Evidence Act itself.

This seminar, by a renowned evidence expert, will seek to identify and explain, clearly and simply, those fundamental rules of evidence which all barristers should know.  This seminar will be of use to all barristers but will be of particular use to the less experienced members of the Bar.
