This seminar is open to all legal professionals and will discuss the ramifications of recent High Court decisions in the area of Implied Political Communication.

This seminar will explore the significant recent decisions in Clubb v Edwards; Preston v Avery [2019] HCA 11, in which the High Court upheld the validity of Victorian and Tasmanian laws creating safe access zones around premises at which abortions are provided.
