In this seminar, Peter will examine the applicable rules and provide practical examples of what to do, and what not to do, drawn from nearly 40 years at the Bar and seven years membership of the Ethics Committee. Topics to be covered will include being briefed, conflicts of interest, conduct in court and dealing with other barristers.
