Causation in Asbestos Cases

The Victorian Chapter of the Australian Academy of Forensic Sciences extend a warm invitation to members of the Victorian Bar to attend a presentation by Neill Murdoch QC on Causation in Asbestos Cases.

Neill Murdoch QC practices in the field of common law personal injury litigation and professional negligence claims. He will present on problems in establishing factual and legal causation in asbestos cases and the differing solutions to the problems found in Australia and the UK.

The presentation is followed by a complimentary Cocktail Party (6:45-8:45pm) at the Essoign Club also on level 1. This is an opportunity to meet contemporaries in the Justice, Forensic Science and Forensic Medicine sectors.
