Beyond AustLII: Finding cases online

The Law Library of Victoria subscribes to several resources that provide easy access to authorised and current case law. Participants will be provided with an overview of electronic resources available from the Law Library of Victoria at the Richard Griffith Library and an update on the value of authorised law reports.

This session is an overview of where to find:

•             Reported and unreported judgments

•             Judicially considered legislation

•             Citation reports and related documents

•             English reports

and how authorised law reports are prepared and why they should be used when available.
