Tim accepts briefs in all areas of criminal law and quasi criminal law including inquests, tribunals and other disciplinary proceedings.
Tim also maintains a busy family law practice, appearing regularly in both parenting and property disputes as well as intervention order proceedings.

Surane Fonseka is an experienced litigator, negotiator and advocate. He practiced overseas as counsel for more than 10 years before being admitted to the Queensland Bar in Sept 2003.
Khai-Yin specialises in tax and revenue law as an advocate and adviser appearing in Commonwealth and State courts and tribunals in tax and commercial matters for taxpayers and the Commissioner of Taxation.

David practices in commercial and criminal law. He enjoys working at the intersection of the jurisdictions. He has a particular interest in appellate and review proceedings.

Kylie accepts briefs in all areas of summary crime, including contested hearings, bail applications, pleas and all types of mention hearings. She appears in committal proceeding hearings. Kylie also appears in appeals against sentence and conviction.
Zoran was admitted to the NSW Bar in August 2017 with a strong clinical and commercial background in Medicine and Surgery with diverse experience in multi-national Pharmaceutical and Medical Device organisations.

Prior to the Bar, Andrew was a senior solicitor at the State Revenue Office and, before that, a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills.
Georgia was admitted to practice in the Northern Territory in 1997, and was called to the bar in May 2005. Prior to going to the bar she worked for 4 years as a Crown Prosecutor for the NT Director of Public Prosecutions, which included initiating the DPP's practice pursuant to the (then) newly
Lachlan practices primarily in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on corporations law matters, professional negligence claims, trust and shareholder disputes and corporate and individual insolvency. Lachlan also accepts briefs in insurance and administrative law matters.
